People shall feel the ambience and spirit of this mall once they step into it.

Finally, the designers had zeroed in on cast-in-situ terrazzo floors that can be made joint-less and seamless with the possibility of producing the colour combinations they had in mind. Many samples of cement, as well as epoxy terrazzo, were done and finally, epoxy terrazzo flooring was finalized due to the following advantages:

Epoxy due to its inherent chemical composition can withstand the stains
Their shrinkage characteristics are low and hence very unlikely to crack unlike cement terrazzo
It was possible to exactly reproduce the various colour combinations
